Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc was giving off major Kingsman secret service energy after copping a new pair of loafers
The North Luzon politiko on Monday, July 17, bought a white pair of loafers from R.E. Craftsman, a local maker of custom leather footwear.
Manotoc was joined by his girlfriend, Miss Earth 2014 Jamie Herrell, during his fitting day.
