Return / Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, a store credit or an exchange for store credit or for an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return processing and system.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, [please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, please then place the item securely in its original packaging, and depending on the product, we will then ask you to mail your return the address issued to you an the email:
Please note that unless the item is damaged because of mail service, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. As for any regular return process, you may use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. If you use the prepaid shipping label, nothing else is needed however if you decide to use your own service, the dollar amount paid for that return will be refunded accordingly.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your [return/exchange/return or exchange]. Please allow at least 2 to 3 days to process refunds days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
**Please note these are guidelines provided to us by the shipping companies. Expect delays to occur. We are not responsible for delays in delivery of your parcels. We encourage you to order early.
LOCAL COURIER - Available until December 20. Special Arrangements are Needed for any Courier Services)
SHIPPING (UNITED STATES) - Orders placed by December 17 will arrive in time for Christmas, according to the USPS Postal Service. Expect delays.
SHIPPING (UNITED STATES) - Orders placed by December 13 will arrive in time for Christmas, according to the USPS Postal Service. Expect delays. We ship weekdays and Saturdays.
SHIPPING (CANADA) - Orders placed by December 12 will arrive in time for Christmas, according to Canada Post. Expect delays.
We will be shipping orders for the holidays. Orders will be shipping daily on Weekdays. The last day to order will be Sunday, December 13, 2020 to meet the USPS holiday shipping deadlines.
